Strictly following the Quality Standards adopted by the company, observing the regulations and inspection procedures, the specialists of the Quality Service carefully control all production processes - from the receipt of raw materials to finished and packaged products.
The structure of the Quality Service includes a research center, production and technological laboratories, a certification group, a quality management department.
The largest flour-grinding complex in Tajikistan:

Our products are delivered to the buyer with all the necessary documents confirming their safety and quality. Qualified specialists of the certification group are engaged in the execution of permits for the entire range, carry out the procedures for declaring and voluntary certification. Specialists monitor changes in legal requirements and update the regulatory framework of the enterprise.
Quality standards of "Ordi Fatir"
Mandatory for all manufacturers are the Product Safety Requirements, which are currently regulated by the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021 / 2011. These are indicators for foreign substances - pesticides, heavy metals, radionuclides, mycotoxins, organomercury compounds, etc. Ordi Fatir fully complies with these requirements.


The abolition of mandatory compliance with state standards (GOST) allowed manufacturers themselves to determine the scope of the quality of their products. LLC "Ordi Fatir" adheres to the existing GOSTs without fail. In addition to them, the company has developed internal requirements for each type of product - Ordi Fatir Quality Standards. This is a set of quality standards that combines organoleptic, physico-chemical and consumer indicators, as well as product safety requirements.

Это свод норм качества, объединяющий органолептические, физико-химические и потребительские показатели, а также требования по безопасности продукта.

Why did we develop the Ordi Fatir Quality Standards?
Equipping production with advanced technologies for deep and fine cleaning, careful processing, using the best engineering solutions allows us to produce a product of a higher quality than it is fixed by GOST. Thanks to know-how and constant work to meet the preferences of customers, we are introducing new, advanced assortment positions for which GOST standards have not yet been developed. Therefore, having the opportunity to produce products of a higher class, Ordi Fatir LLC believes that the requirements for its quality should also be higher.
The quality standards of Ordi Fatir require verification of a wider range of indicators. First of all, attention is paid to consumer properties of products. For example, for pasta we control an additional 14 parameters, for flour - an additional 10 parameters.
How do we control the quality of our product?
All products go through three levels of control. All types of research are strictly regulated by internal regulations. The regulations include clear and rather stringent requirements for all objects of research, types, procedure and frequency of control. This ensures high reliability of the quality control process.
Objects of study: The main raw materials are grain, flour, cereals.
Additional raw materials - tomato, spinach powders, egg melange (used for the corresponding type of poppy.). A serious role is assigned to the control of drinking water used for the production of pasta.
Ingredients for complex products - flour confectionery, semi-finished flour products: sugar, salt, yeast, margarine, cocoa powder, flavorings, jams and creams, as well as other ingredients
All types of packaging materials: from films for individual packaging to transport corrugated boxes and bags.
This is the most important stage, on which the quality of the product will largely depend - the input control of each ingredient that is used to manufacture the finished product. The first level of control includes both instrumental research and analysis of accompanying documents.

Checking the quality of the finished product includes the determination of all indicators established by the standards and requirements of the enterprise. In full compliance with all standards - permission to supply it to customers.
The packaging of the finished product is subjected to no less deep check: the product must not only be well-packed, but also have all the necessary markings, an aesthetic, attractive appearance for the consumer.
Quality Center
In 2011, a multifunctional research center for quality was established at Ordi Fatir LLC. Its laboratory equipment allows for deeper research of raw materials and products at a fundamentally different level; potentially promising and new products are being studied and developed here. Thanks to ongoing research, we are able to develop modern and safe technological methods for the production of products that fully meet the needs of consumers.
Raw material quality assessment
Even before purchasing a batch of grain raw materials (primarily wheat, cereals), we carry out an assessment that allows us to identify the technological potential of grain: how much and what kind of flour can be obtained from it, what will be the consumer properties of the resulting flour. With the help of automated laboratory lines, we conduct a complete study of wheat samples in terms of quality indicators, and also simulate the process of obtaining flour from this grain using laboratory mills, fully reproducing the industrial grinding of durum or soft wheat. A high-precision assessment allows the most relevant assessment of the cost of a batch of grain and offers suppliers an adequate cost when purchasing.
Scientific work
Predicting the properties of flour only helps us, through the preparation of carefully selected grinding batches, without any additives, to create universal flour, flour of all varieties and special purposes.
The laboratory bakes a wide variety of in-line flours to bring out all the properties of the flour as accurately as possible. For different types of bakery products, it is desirable to use flour with different properties, so we study our flour on a different assortment: pan bread, baguette, puff products, etc. This helps us to understand the wishes and problems of our consumers from the environment of bakers - bakeries, small bakeries and restaurants, confectionery factories.
Having received a technological map from the buyer, we are ready to create for him, using the results of the research, an individual product.
Revealing the properties of flour
The research center cooperates with manufacturers of laboratory equipment and conducts scientific work. At the international seminar "XI-th Innovavation Days", which has long become a notable event in the world grain and processing market and takes place in Paris under the supervision of CHOPIN Technologies, in May 2011, a report was presented on the topic "The influence of the degree of damaged starch on the color of the pasta. The forum participants, including representatives of specialized research institutes, highly appreciated the work carried out by our Research Center, and the report itself aroused keen interest.

For 11 years, the company has been successfully operating a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
