Delicious and incredibly simple pasta recipe with minced meat in a pan. The beauty of this dish is that all the ingredients are cooked in one bowl without first boiling the pasta.
Stage 1
Prepare the ingredients: cut the onion into thin half rings, champignons into small slices, defrost the green peas, scald the tomato with boiling water, remove the skin and finely chop.
Stage 2
Fry the onion in hot olive oil for 1 minute, put the minced meat, mix thoroughly and fry until golden brown for 8-10 minutes.
Stage 3
Add champignons to minced meat, salt, pepper, squeeze garlic through a press, then tomato paste, sugar, flour, chopped tomato and green peas. Fry for 3-4 more minutes.
Stage 4
Pour 500 ml of boiling water into the pan and lay out the dry Ordi Fatir feathers. Bring everything to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook pasta with minced meat for 9 minutes. For this delicious recipe, you do not need to boil the pasta in advance, they will be cooked in a fragrant tomato sauce with onions and mushrooms.
Stage 5
After 9 minutes, add sour cream, a little fresh green onion, mix and cook the dish for another 1-2 minutes.
Stage 6
Simple pasta with minced meat in a pan is ready! Arrange the dish on plates and, if desired, garnish with grated cheese.
